These folks at Affinity are the cream of the crop. Attentive, respectful, personable—and so charming!—and exceptional. I come from a long line of dental professionals (out of state) so I am a tough dental client to impress. But because of my experience at Affinity, I am delighted to extol their excellence in manners, treatment, and execution! I would give them six stars if I could.

I have been coming here for 6 years, and I look forward to it every single time because of the warmness and professionalism of all the staff, but ESPECIALLY my hygienist Natalie. Coming here is like catching up with an old friend every six months: an old friend who is rooting for you in all endeavors, but also like, gives a HUGE heck about the cleanliness of your teeth. Natalie is thorough during each and every visit. My teeth feel brand new after being cleaned by her ever so gentle hands, and Affinity Dental also leaves me excited to come back. I will never stop coming here for as long as I live in Chicago, even if I end up being out of network at some point. Thank you all for the many years of impeccable service. Tiffany; my hygienist was great. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them individually with me. She also looped the dentist in, so she was fully aware when she did her exam. The cleaning was fast thorough and comfortable. The dentist did a great job touching up some bonding the whole experience was excellent

Absolutely top-notch care! After years of trauma associated with dental work, I can't believe I actually had a wonderfully positive experience at the dentist. Dr.Besse was so communicative and patient and everyone, including the hygienists and receptionists were receptive to the fact that I was stressed, without ever making me feel bad or ashamed of being an adult afraid of the dentist. Seriously amazing environment and office!

So I was looking for a new dentist and in my search so many offices have online reviews where the reviewer didn't have a lot of reviews. This was the case with Almost EVERY one of the 30 other places I looked at (might have something to do with the software offices use). Now go look at my review count. I'm here to break the string and say I was super pleased with my appointment. Every person (to a person) was super friendly. Daniella was easy on my cleaning. And Dr besse was thorough and friendly. Look forward to keeping the good vibe going and live in the area which makes it all the more convenient.

I have never updated a review every single time I've visited a business, but Affinity is truly something else. They are the only dental office I have had consistently great experiences with, and I'm not wracked with anxiety for the next appointment. Couldn't recommend them more! My 3 1/2 year old son and I go here, I can’t say anything better about this business, my experiences have been amazing! They are great with kids, have a nice office/equipment, gentle with your cleanings and are honest.

I had been referred to Affinity by 2 of my coworkers. Our boss originally referred us and now my whole office practically goes to Affinity Dental. When I went it was really worth the hype! Everyone was so friendly and funny too- they kept it real. This is a real review and im going to keep going here!!

Best cleaning and dental experience I’ve had in probably 10 years, including ortho. Very clean and updated office. My dental hygienist Daniella had such a calming energy; was meticulous and easy to talk to. Daniella’s ability to clean teeth while maintaining a clean, dry client is impressive! Front office staff were helpful and greeted me immediately upon entering which is an important factor for me… we’ve all been ignored and interacted with as if we’re a bother which feels awful. Dr. Rossi was personable and took time to touch base with me and share his thoughts. 10/10 recommend Affinity Dental!

Affinity Dental did not shame me for failing to go to a dentist for 12 years and were excellent in the quality of their care. A lot has changed on the technology end of things since I last had a check up and they seem to have the top of the line tools and methods. Dr. Rossi and Natalie had great bedside manners. I will definitely be coming back on a regularly scheduled basis.

I am so glad that I discovered Affinity Dental and highly recommend their office! I had avoided visiting a dentist for many, many years and was met with a very friendly, compassionate staff who helped ease my worries and anxiety. The entire team there knows what they are doing and love doing it. In the past five months as I've visited frequently for my treatment plan, I actually look forward to the visits.

Dr. K is the best! So knowledgeable & patient when answering questions. Affinity has several state of the art ways of dealing with teeth issues such as a 3D printer (which saved one of my teeth a few years back) & electronic scanning of teeth for crowns and dental guards, for example. Office staff is kind and helpful as well as the technicians. Shout out to Natalie! Can’t recommend enough!

Dr. Tedford has been my dentist for over 20 years, he's the best! That staff at Affinity are always very professional, courteous and helpful. I had a crown fall out recently and they were able to get me in for the repair quickly.

This is a fantastic office. The front desk staff is super nice, and I’ve never waited longer than 5 mins for my apt. The dental hygienists are very gentle, and the dentists are all very caring and professional. I feel lucky to have found this gem, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I live two blocks away and because I don’t have a car location is very important to me but I also dont just want to go to any dentist place. There are several dentists locations in this neighborhood but this dentist place is new and I wanted to try it. I’m really glad I did. Of course they had to check if my insurance was accepted there. This was my first time at this dentist place. From the receptionist to the dentist assistants to the dentist, everyone was so nice, helpful and caring. I felt so comfortable and I was well taken care of. They answered all my questions and concerns. My overall experience was great!

The entire visit from start to finish was great. Natalie, the dental assistant, was a joy! And the cleaning she did was the most thorough and pleasant cleaning I've ever gotten. Dr. Tedford was outgoing and professional. He clearly explained what needed to be done and the timeline for doing it. Finally, Samantha set up the next appointment and went over all the financial details with me. She, like Natalie and Dr. Tedford, was quite courteous and professional. And I almost forgot to mention how clean and bright the office was. I'm really glad to have found Affinity Dental!

i had the best time at affinity ! which probably sounds strange to others but the people who work there are all so kind and funny. I usually suffer from anxiety whenever going to a new medical facility but the moment you walk in or even give them a call, you can feel how warm and inviting everyone is. i felt very supported and cared for and i recommend this place to anyone, especially women!!

The whole team - the receptionist who answered all my questions, hygienist who did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays, and Dr. K herself - was very diligent, professional, friendly, and not intimidating at all. Recently switched to Affinity from our long-time downtown dentist. My first appointment was back in December 2019, when a crown fell out and my old dentist could not fit me in to repair! I'm a teacher and I had to proctor final exams, so my schedule was a bit tricky, but not impossible; even so, no accommodations. I called around, and other dental offices didn't want to deal with my crown because I wasn't a regular patient! But Affinity fit me in, and their service was excellent. Everybody was super competent, professional, and friendly. Just had my first cleaning there last week and will be going back for a couple of repairs. (I had been told by my old dentist that I needed a couple of crowns, but wanted a 2nd opinion at Affinity, which they explained clearly.) Dentists, hygienists, and receptionists are so skilled, also great communicators. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful dental office, and so nearby.

Affinity Dental has been as great as a dentist experience can be. The staff has always been kind, gentle, and easy to talk to. Music's been decent throughout the cleanings and I always leave feeling squeaky clean.

The staff is so Friendly,and the office is very Clean! They treat you like family! The staff call you by your first name, as if they've known you for a long time! They also give you reminder calls, text messages to remind you of your appointment, that's a plus for me with my busy schedule!! You will not be disappointed, I promise you!!

I was referred to this dental practice by a friend after I had a bad experience at first-time patient visit with a practice in Wicker Park. The other practice took 2.5 hours to take tons of photo scans, didn’t do X-rays or a cleaning, and recommended expensive treatments including quarterly deep cleanings and replacement of all existing cavity fillings which would’ve maxed out my insurance almost immediately and left me with high out of pocket expenses. I decided to get a second opinion at Affinity Dental and I am SO happy that I did! The dental hygienist, Tiffany, completed the scans and cleaning thoroughly and efficiently. I was so nervous going into the appointment, but she and Dr. Besse were wonderful, reassuring, and really put me at ease. I’ve already recommended Affinity to a multiple friends and can’t speak highly enough!

I took my 3 year old son to Affinity Dental for his 1st ever dentist appointment. They do such a nice job accommodating children! For my appointment, they had the TV on with cartoons, toys for him, and the hygienist was super sweet! He was scared at first, but quickly came around. I have a follow up appointment for him in a few weeks. I may start going there myself. The office is very nice, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy to get an appointment as well! No wonder this place has such a high rating on Google.

I don’t normally write Google reviews…. But for this experience I have to. I personally have anxiety about going to the dentist and had to have major work done. Every single person on their staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, they are incredibly clean, friendly, patient and professional. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I will continue to confidently refer friends and family to them.

I've been a patient for at least 4 years, very professional but friendly. Very clean facility too. Update: Last week I encountered my first issue as a patient, one of my recent fillings was giving me pain. So I called in, got an appointment at my earliest convenience, and with a quick minor adjustment I was sent on my way! Problem solved and no additional billing issues to deal with. And, as always, the staff and Dr. K were courteous and professional.

I just left from one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful and I immediately felt welcome. I felt guilty after a year had gone by since my last checkup, but Natalie, my hygienist, never once made me feel ashamed. Instead she educated me and gave me the most thorough cleaning. Natalie, you’re my spirit animal :) Dr. Kavetsis assured me that my teeth are in great shape and now I’m looking forward to my next 6 month appointment! I went in for a consultation and referral only. The front desk staff here has an infectious positive energy which you would notice the moment you enter. They can teach a master class on customer service skills to other businesses. I really liked the warm and caring nature of the hygienist. The Dentist is a nice guy, straightshooter and efficient. I am yet to take advantage of their main dental services. When I do, I will post a separate review for that.

It was a beautiful day on the day of my first dental appointment at Affinity and was concerned that I made a mistake to start the day at the dentist. I was greeted warmly and made to feel safe at the reception area. The technician who took the multitude of x rays was very friendly and explained every step. She continued with cleaning and polishing my teeth and was totally impressed with how gentle she was. The dentist reviewed my results and made recommendations for next steps. I left the office feeling content and I continued enjoying a beautiful day!

By far the best dentist I've ever had. Highly responsive, flexible, and customer oriented. The doctors, technicians, and staff genuinely care about the patients. I'm damn lucky to have these guys down the street. There's really nothing more to say. I 100% recommend them.

Have had a great experience here for myself and my 2 kids. They are super friendly with the little ones and have toys in the waiting room and they give out little goodies at the end. My kids love coming to the dentist! I completed Invisalign with Dr. K and am overall really happy with my results. The hygienists are all super friendly and they even gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card one day when they were behind schedule and the wait was a little longer. Definitely recommend!

Everyone was so kind and professional! The hygienist (Tiffany) was thorough and efficient, Dr. K was detailed, the tools were all modern. Just an overall great experience, I really trusted everyone and plan to make this my regular dentist.

I've been a patient here for about five years, going for cleanings, x-rays, fillings, teeth whitening, and retainer fixes. The dentist is great; she's thorough, knows what she's doing, and very personable. The front staff and hygienists are also great - they do a great job in cleaning my teeth and while they reinforce messages like flossing, they don't shame me for not doing it enough. The office is well maintained. They have TVs to watch for longer treatments (I've not used them) and you can enjoy some aromatherapy while getting your teeth cleaned. They also offer coffee and water. There's also free garage parking attached to the building.
